A crypto card should be easy to understand before you put money on it. This guide introduces the main parts of LIQUIDY, from creating your account to finding payment information and getting help.
If you are new to LIQUIDY, start with the account flow and review the details shown for your card before confirming any funding request.
1. Create your account with email
You can register or sign in to LIQUIDY using your email address. Enter the verification code sent to your inbox to open your account. Keep access to that inbox secure: it is how you receive sign-in codes and account messages.
Your account is the place to view your cards, manage supported funding options, and contact support. First and last name are requested when you create your first card.
2. Understand wallet funding and card funding
Your platform wallet balance and your card balance serve different purposes. Depositing funds into the platform wallet does not automatically load those funds onto an existing card. Review the action you are taking and check which balance it will affect.
LIQUIDY offers crypto funding options including USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and LTC. Use the assets and networks available in your account at the time of the request. The payment instructions show the address, network, and amount to use. Read those details before sending a transfer.
3. Create and fund your card
Choose an available card type, give your card a name, and enter the amount you want to load. Depending on the funding flow you choose, you may receive crypto payment instructions or use an eligible platform wallet balance.
The review step shows the funding amount and applicable fees before you confirm. Card issuance and loading fees are different charges, so check the complete breakdown rather than only the amount that will appear on the card.
If a request is still processing, check its status in your account. If it needs review or the result is unclear, contact support before submitting another request.
4. Keep track of payments and notifications
Your account includes card balances and transaction information from the card service. Card purchases use the card balance, so keeping funds in your platform wallet alone does not make them available for spending on the card.
LIQUIDY also supports email delivery of eligible card payment codes and spending notifications when the card provider sends the corresponding events. Notification timing depends on those events and email delivery. An authorization can appear before the final settled transaction, so check the transaction details when reviewing a payment.
If you notice a transaction you do not recognize, review the card information in your account and contact support promptly.
5. Get help from your account
The Support section lets signed-in customers contact LIQUIDY about their accounts, cards, and funding requests. Describe the issue and include the relevant request or transaction reference when available. Never share an email sign-in code or card payment code in a support message.
